How to get paid back ?

 

If  a product does not correspond to your wishes , you have two weeks after the date of receipt to return it to us in perfect state by certified postal parcel with a copy of invoice .

We are not responsible of no reception of returned goods

We wish you to fill up the Return Form that is in your parcel in order to enable us  to understand the reasons of your return .

All refunds are done within 3 weeks of the return of the parcel

You will get your money back on your bank account by cash back on your Credit Card account or Paypal .

 For countries outside the European Union, please remember to indicate to the customs that this a "return for non conformity".
