Proceed to exchange

 If you are not satisfied with an item, just send the parcel back to us within 15 days of the delivery date together with the original receipt, in its original condition and packaging.

Send it by registered post as we may not be responsible for any lost or unreturned items.

You can ask for a full refund, exchange (size, colour or style), or credit note valid for one year.

 Please fill in the return form enclosed in your parcel. We shall proceed to the exchange (size, color or other style ) according to availabilities .

This will be done with free delivery (except for goods bought in the (bargain's corner)

Nota : exchanges are accepted only for Metropolitan France
